  • Images & Graphics: Must not contain prohibited material (see Section 5).
  • Video & Audio (Music): You must possess the copyright or a valid license for any music or video footage uploaded. Uploading “ripped” or pirated music/video is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
  • Storage Limits: We reserve the right to implement storage limits on media uploads at our discretion.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to upload content or engage in behavior that:

  • Infringes on any third party’s intellectual property (copyright, trademark, patent).
  • Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or promotes hate speech/violence.
  • Contains viruses, malware, or any code intended to damage the Service.
  • Harvests or collects user data without consent.
  • Impersonates any person or entity, including Demetrio Guerrero or representatives of ATXWD.

All original content, features, and functionality on the Service (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of Demetrio Guerrero / Spiritual Absoluteness / ATXWD.
